Pioneer Day, Camping and Byrnnlee's birthday - July 2013

We spent the long Pioneer Day weekend down in Fairview.  We left early to make it to the ATV rodeo so JD could ride in it.  He used one of my dads big heavy machines so he was slow but still had a good time.  We did the parade, lunch in the park and of course dinner at Uncle Kevins and the Derby.  We went camping for just one night but the kids had a blast.
Derby, Boston and Lexie loved it.
Brynnlee was wore out from to many days and nights playing with cousins.  She didn't last very long.
Brett and JD strategizing before their first ride in the ATV rodeo.
JD
Lexie finally made it to the top of uncle Branch's rock wall.  She didn't even cry and was really proud of herself.

Kids looking homeless at the ATV rodeo.
Grandma Cox came up the week before the 24th and took Bs to get her ears pierced for her birthday.

We sat at the old school and enjoyed listening to Upside.  They are fantastic, I have very talented brothers.

Bs is very picking with her parade candy she will not pick up any candy she doesn't like.  Even if I ask her to pick one up for me, she won't.

Sitting at the pond being entertained by Gavin.
Indy kept all the kids entertained playing fetch in the pond.  yes they are lined up to take turns throwing the ball for her.
We stuck all the kids in the back of the truck so they wouldn't get everything muddy.
I brought glow sticks for the kids and boy did they have fun.  They danced and told stories with them and then put them all on Indy.
This doesn't happen often, Lexie comforting Bs without me telling her too.  It was sweet.
Kids trying not to fall in, of course they all did and ended up getting really muddy.  Hey isn't that what camping is all about?
Bs as usual led the pack and just walk right in not even thinking about it.
4-wheeler rides are a must when camping.  Especially when older cousins are old enough to give the little one rides.  It is a win win situation.
Brynnlee and Landon share a birthday and so we sang and had cake and ice cream for them.
JD and Brett fixing the 4-wheeler so the kids could ride it.
Boston was quite the camper.
Brynnlee got her dream light she had been wanting for months and months.
