NYC - May 2013

New York City with the Cox family.  We had a whirlwind trip to the Big Apple with my family.  It was really fast and tiring but really fun.
We had a red eye flight so we decided to catch the REAL game before heading to the airport.
Casey and Tina joined us for the fun, it was there first time at a REAL game.  We were all singing the fight song the whole flight.
Pictures are out of order but oh well.  5 Pointz was awesome.  Brett knew this place on his mission and decided he would try to take us there hoping nobody would get mugged.  Luckily there was a free style rap thing going on so there was a ton of people.  Brett said that was always safer than it being quiet with nobody around.

This was JD's favorite part of our trip.  We both love seeing and doing things that aren't touristy and that most people don't get to do.

The graffiti was mind blowing.  People are so talented.

We did a double decker bus tour, with a really annoying narrator.

Sitting in the airport waiting for our flight.

Just getting to the hotel couldn't resist a selfie.

Walking around exploring the city.

Yankees game, right after a red eye flight, I think everybody fell to sleep at one point during the game.  We did have awesome seats.

Yankee Stadium
Photo bombing
Poor Tor and Paul I don't think they got a single picture without a photobomber!
JD acting like a tourist.
Subway from the airport to our hotel, we are a bit tired.  Brett successfully got 16 white people with luggage on the subway and safely to our hotel.

Times Square
Subway

Ground Zero Memorial, very humbling.

Best pizza I have ever had!
I want to go back just so I can eat here again.
Crossing the Brooklyn Bridge to eat at Juliana's.
Bus Tour

The Hotel we stayed at right across from Central Park.
We woke up really early on our last day so we could be on the TODAY Show.  We were the first in line and we actually got on TV.
Dad in Central Park with our hotel in the background.
Lexie lost her first tooth while we were gone.  Luckily she was at the Bartholomew's house and they took care of everything.

We made it on TV.
What is a trip to NYC without seeing a Broadway show.  We had 2nd row seats to Phantom of the Opera.
