October 2013

These three girls play so well together.  They kept posing for pictures all day and finally talked me into taking pictures with the pumpkins.
Grandma V and Boston.  This little boy sits still for nobody except for Grandma V.  It is so sweet, he just knows there is something special about her and he needs to be good.
Girls trick or treating.

Visiting Grandma on the train

Riding frontrunner is one of Brynnlee's favorite things to do.  I took her and Boston on the train to meet my mom for a little stay in Fairview.
Grandma's birthday, never a shortage of kids to help blow out the candles.

Pheasant hunting and hiking with Dad

Lexie loves pheasant hunting.  She thinks it is fun to play with the birds and head once they are dead.  She is a little morbid, I have no ides where she comes from.
She was so excited to carry the birds when the dogs brought them back.  She can't wait to go again.
Lexie loves having one on one time with her dad.  JD took her and Indy on a little hike, both where extremely happy about it.  Lexie is such a daddy's girl, she will do anything for him or with him.  I love the relationship they have.

Boys weekend to Colts vs Chargers

All the boys in the family took a road trip to San Diego to an NFL game.  It was a quick trip but they all seemed to enjoy it.  This was JD's first NFL game.
Riding in the smelling RV.  They didn't realize it until they made it to California but there was a tin foil dinner in the oven from clear back in July!  It was really smelling once they opened the oven.

Of course they eat at a "Romantic" restaurant without their wives!

Where they stayed
Tailgating at the game.  They got in trouble for having glass bottles.  The police thought they were giving alcohol to minors (Gavin and Kaleb).  The also got in trouble for throwing a football around (go figure at a football game it is illegal).

Fall AYSO soccer - September 2013

Lexie was really excited to be on the same team as a her friend Madie Hunter.  She is did awesome and had so much confidence.  Hopefully it carries over to indoor.

Brynnlee of the other hand wasn't so into soccer.  We couldn't get her to even get on the field until the very last game she did go out and run around.  She may have touched the ball once!  I had to bribe her with a whole bag of chocolate chocolate chip cookies.  Hopefully Spring will be better.

Randomness from October 2013

Brynnlee had to get a cavity filled and boy was it a task.  She was suppose to be put under but me not thinking had her eat breakfast, so we couldn't do that.  We tried the gas and boy it was a challenge to get her to keep it on her nose but once it got in her system she was hilarious.  Too bad I didn't think to video her.  The assistants and dentists were laughing as hard as I was.  She kept kicking up one leg or sticking one arm straight in the air.  She would randomly yell out or start laughing uncontrollably.  She would scream at the movie or pant like a dog.  I think we may do gas every time!
Boston is growing up so fast.  He loves wearing his hard hat around.
One of my favorite pictures.  Indy has been such a good dog.  Brynnlee and Lexie love to walk her.
When Bs showed this to me I may have cried a little.  We have been working so hard with her to say her name and be able to write it.  She did this all by herself.  This is years of therapy and hard work paying off.  She is such a determined little thing, nothing is going to stand in her way.
Lexie made a blanket for baby Nixon all by herself, she did such a good job.  Brynnlee decided it would be awesome to put water paint all over her face.  I didn't think it was so funny, she always does stuff like this right before we have to go somewhere.
We went to a Throwdown at the Club.  JD competed, I didn't because of my torn trice.  JD did great, it was so fun to feel the energy and of course go eat with everybody after.
Bs attempted to put on my mascara.  This girl is such a busy body.

Girls Weekend

We had an awesome girls weekend with my mom, sisters and sister-in-laws.  We spent a couple of nights at The Grand America.  We had a spa day.  We got massages, facials, pedicures and manicures.  Totally awesome and relaxing.  We ate at LaJolla Groves, The Cheesecake Factory and had the brunch buffet and The Grande America.  We spent a day shopping and just had fun being with each other with no kids!
